FILLING

In dependence of kind pack product and of manner his of production we propose suitable sets-dosing controlled by means of weight or volumetric sets. All of machines ensure high repeatability and precision of weighing.

We propose the following TEJA® filling systems:

gravimetric systems:
  • Tilt tables with pneumatic confectioning valves used In gravitational plaster discharging,
  • Driven worm transporter with pneumatic confectioning valves, used for automatic discharging of dense products from stationary devices,
  • Pneumatic confectioning valves installed on presses do extract thick products,
  • Confectioning sets for liquid products, equipped in pump or filter-pump sets and in post filling devices
volumetric systems:
  • Pump or filter-pump sets with filling pistols, used to discharge paints and varnishes,
  • Volumetric post filling devices,
  • Cartridge system with manual or automatic feeding
The filling systems may be equipped in additional external devices as driven transport rolls systems, storage tables, covering units etc.
