TEJA®Press is intended for extrusion of high-viscous and high density products from tanks that may be confectioned by gravitation. Depending of the version we offer presses to extract from barrels and tanks, to crush barrels and presses to extract thick product with additional deaeration system.
To ensure exploitation security the presses are equipped in security grating against an unauthorized entry under the device during its work.
The emptying of the press can be done manually or with application of an filling system with pneumatic confectioning valve, manual or automatic cartridge system. The presses may be also used to add products to mills, three rolls mills or other additional devices.
