Stationary TEJA® mixers are made of an acid resistant steel, with different capacity, equipped with different kinds of mixing element (turbine mixer, horseshoe mixer, butterfly mixer etc.) depending on requirement of a product.

Horizontal mixers
are intended for mixing and dispersion of dry products, like pigments
or extenders in liquids, in order to obtain high-viscous and
high-density pastes that don?t need dispersion.
It is additionally equipped with a special feeder, ended with a flap valve and connected with an electronic balance, which enables unloading the product directly to packages.
Horizontal mixer can be set on extensometer scales, which enables automatic weighing and steering. The mixer is equipped with fluent regulation of the rotation which allows to use this device in production of glues, fillers and other products with high viscosity and density.
