- The technological lines May be adapted to work in recipe mode. After choosing and eventually correcting the recipe the production process realizing the recipe tasks is launched. The raw materials transport may be done by vacuum, pneumatically or mechanically and the dosing may be done on or under the liquid surface.
- Steering, control and alarms of the process are presented by the measurement system installed on the machines, on the main computer and in case of applying of Access net modes also on other computers. The technological process data may be converted and printed as reports.
- The access to steering functions depends of the Access level on which is logged the operator. The quantity of access levels is up to the investor?s wishes.
- The manual way of steering was introduced to ensure the steering of the technological line in case of computer's failure. As the technological installation doesn't require redundancy it was assumed to double the steering place by an operator's panel. The application of this solution lets in case of failure to end the production process, giving by this way a time to react for the reparation units. The additional trump of this kind of steering is the possibility to show on the panel's screen additional information of the production process.
- The local way of steering ensures the steering of the devices from the level of control panels installed on or by the devices. It was introduced to get the possibility to switch on the particular devices driver and omitting the main control system in case of Works not connected with recipe production. The application of this kind of control comes true in case of tank or recipient cleaning when we change the product or we have to change the tank.
